CHF 9.99 per month, cancel anytime. You can also pick yearly billing and save about CHF 20 compared to twelve monthly payments — CHF 99.99 per year instead of CHF 119.88.
Yes. Cancel via the Stripe customer portal in your settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Monthly billing has no pro-rated refund — but you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Team & collaboration
Yes. Add as many members as you need, with the right access level per person: Admin (full control), Standard (edit and assign tasks), or Guest (read-only with comments).
Guests see every task and discussion, can comment, and can reply when mentioned — but they can't edit or reassign tasks. Perfect for bridesmaids, parents, or helpers who just need an overview.
Yes. The planner is fully responsive — creating, commenting on, and assigning tasks works from the couch just as well as from a desk.
Data & security
On EU servers (one.com). Each board is fully isolated from other customers — your data never mixes with theirs.
Only the people you explicitly invite. Other customers never see your board — every request is verified server-side to make sure you have access.
Your access ends when the paid period runs out. Data is kept for a short window after that in case you change your mind. You can also export or delete it on request immediately.
Features
Email notifications keep you posted on new tasks, comments, and mentions. Overdue tasks are highlighted in red on the board automatically.
Yes. Each task supports images, PDFs, and documents — contracts, menus, venue maps, all in the right place.
